ABC Girls Basketball Camp by Coach Grace Gilmore

Summer Workout Skill Development for incoming 4th-8th grade ABC Players:

- Ball handling, gaining a quick first step

- Defensive positioning and reading the offense 

- Different rim attacks and finishes

- Shooting form/game like shots

- Reading and setting different types of screens

- Understanding the game/strategy

- Live game play to implement new skills

Dates: June 9, 16, July 7, 14, 21

Times: 7-8:30pm

Location: Arrowhead High School South Campus Gym

Cost: $20 per player each session

ABC Boys and Girls Open Gym supervised by Coach Klink

ABC players from the past season can attend an OPEN GYM during July. Dates are Wednesdays, July 1, 8, 15, 22. Times are 5-6:30pm at

Arrowhead High School South Campus.

ABC 2026/27 Tryouts Dates

Start your preparations and planning. ABC tryouts are tentatively set for SEPTEMBER 20 and 27 at AHS.
